Thomas Croyle 
Thomas was born in 1760 in Snake Spring, Cumberland Co., Pennsylvania.1 Thomas' father was Thomas Kreul and his mother was UNKNOWN Judith. He was an only child. He died at the age of 98 in 1858 in Summerhill, Cambria Co., Pennsylvania. He was buried in St Johns Lutheran Cemetery, Cambria Co., Pennsylvania.1 1 
‌Thomas and Barbara (Maria) were married in a religious ceremony in Hagerstown, Washington Co., Pennsylvania.1 They had two sons and five daughters, named Samuel, Frederick, Margaret, Sarah, Mary, Elizabeth and Harriet Esther.
