I've examined their Crenshaw Co. marriage record carefully, and it does
indeed list her as a COOPER, but she wasn't--her married name was
COSPER. Here she is in 1870 Crenshaw Co. with her mother:

James S. KING married Mary CASTELOW(!) on 31 July 1831 in Newton Co.,
GA (several published records say 1841, but I've examined the originals
on microfilm in Atlanta, and it was 1831). They appeared in the 1840 and
1850 censuses in Henry Co., GA, and by 1853 moved into Randolph Co., AL,
where land records show that James S. KING purchased land close by
Hampton COSPER, Joel COSPER, James G. COSPER, George H. COSPER, and
William COSPER.
The Randolph Co. records have not survived from this period, but their
tombstones in Clay Co. show that Rev. Vincent KING's wife was Mary A.
COSPER (1837-1922), who other records show was a daughter of Hampton
COSPER.
Vincent's sister Amanda KING must also have married one of her COSPER
neighbors, who died (perhaps in the WBTS?) before 1870, leaving a
daughter Mary C. COSPER (b. ca 1862).
Mary A. (CASTELOW) KING and her younger children moved into Crenshaw
Co., near Patsburg and Live Oak Cemetery, before 1870. Among those
children was Altha Callie KING (b. 2 June 1838, d. 27 Feb 1900, bur. Live
Oak Cem.) who married Daniel McNEILL 18 May 1866 in Butler Co. (before
Crenshaw's creation).
I haven't yet been able to determine who Mary A. CASTELOW's parents were.
When I found a James CASTELLO in 1840 Henry Co., GA near J.S. KING, I was
hopeful that he would be Mary A.'s father. He did in fact have a
daughter named Mary A., but unfortunately she was born ca 1825, and
married Ferdinand CRUMBLY in 1845--and James was certainly not likely to
have had TWO daughters named Mary A.!
Which brings me to your BENJAMIN FRANKLIN CASTELLAW (Castellow,
Castello) who married Mary Louisa JORDAN 29 Dec 1836 in Lowndes Co., AL.
Your data says that he was a son of JOHN CASTELLAW and AMY MCCLENDON and
was born 18 Nov 1810 in GA, death date & place not known.
In 1870, Benjamin appears in the Crenshaw Co., AL census on page 78,
not that far away from Mary A. (CASTELOW) KING. Did she move down to
Crenshaw Co. from Randolph Co. to be near Benjamin Franklin CASTELLAW?
Could he have been her brother?
How did you determine the birthdate of Benjamin F. CASTELLAW, and that he
was a son of John & Amy (McCLENDON) CASTELLAW? In the process, did you
identify any of their other children?
I have notes that in Jasper Co., GA (Jan 1814) John CASTELLOW took
negroes and land belonging to the estate of Theophilus HILL. Further
notes say that (Jan 1817) John CASTELOW and Isaac McCLENDON were admr.'s
of the estate of one Theophilus HILL. By Sept 1818, the admr.'s of
Theophilus HILL are named as Amey CASTELLO and Isaac McCLEND
