Frank CLOTTS

Frank was born in September 1862 in Ohio.¹   Frank's father was Joseph CLOTTS and his mother was Unkown UNKNOWN.  His paternal grandparents were Unkown (Klotz) CLOTTS and Miss UNKNOWN. He had a brother named Joseph.  He was the younger of the two children.

They had a daughter named Cora.
