SANCHA VENEGAS' father was EGAS GOSENDEZ BAYAM and her mother was UESO VENEGAS.  Her paternal grandfather was GODOY (Gosendo) ARNALDEZ BAYAM; her maternal grandparents were EGAS HERMIGUEZ "el Bravo" and GONTINA EREZ.  She was an only child.

They had a son named FERNAN MENDEZ "el Bravo".
