John Flanary 
John was born in 1748 in Wilkes Co., NC. John's father was Thomas Flanary and his mother was Elizabeth "Lizah" UNKNOWN. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Elkanah Flanary and Elizabeth Blueback. He was an only child. He died at the age of 94 in January 1842 in Lee Co., VA.
John and Phoebe were married in a religious ceremony in Wilkes Co., NC. They had a son named James Francis.
