Weis' "Ancestral Roots" calls him Dietrich, Count of Saxon-Hamelant.
"Theodoric" is the English equivalent of Dietrich.

Stuart's "Royalty For Commoners"

If Stuart is correct then Dietrich married first Gisela, widow of Godefrid, and
then Ragnhilde, his stepdaughter, daughter of Gisela and Godefrid.  Stuart
identifies all the children but Matilda and possibly Lambert as born to
Ragnhilde.
