Sir Simon le Bigod

Sir Simon was born in 1220 in of Thetford, Norfolk, England.  Sir Simon's father was Hugh le Bigod Earl of Norfolk and his mother was Maud Marshal. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Sir Ralph, Roger\Robert le Bigod, John, Hugh, William, Isabel and Matilda. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named John de Warenne and Isabel.  He died at the age of 51 in 1271.
