William de la Plaunche , of Wendover 
William de was born about 1215 in Wendover Manor, Buckinghamshire, England. William de's father was William I de Fiennes and his mother was Agnes de Dammartin. He had a brother and a sister, named Enguerrand de and Mahaut de. He was the youngest of the three children.
