Hubertus was born about 1030 in chateau de la feld, colmar, Alsace-Lorraine, France. Hubertus' father was count del La Feld. He was an only child. He died in 1092 in chester, lancs, england.General Notes
The Gazette and Courier, Greenfield (MA?), Mar 5, 1883 has:
"Hubertus de la Fell or Feld, ...was of the family of the Counts de la Fell, who resided in Colmar [Alsatia] as early as the sixth century. He received a grant of land for his military services in County of Lancaster [England].
He had a biological son named John.
