Poppa was born about 0872 in Evreux, Eure, Normandy, France.  Poppa's father was Pepin I De Vermandois Comte De Senlis.  Her paternal grandfather was Prince of Italy Pepin II de Peronne Comte De Vermandois Prince of Italy. She had a brother and a sister, named Pepin II De Vermandois Comte and Gerberge.  She was the oldest of the three children.  Poppa is no longer alive.
