the Vexin, died 936. Married Eldegarde (daugher or niece of Ermenfroi, County
of Amiens ?, probably a Carolingian princess), who married (2) Waleran, a
count who has been misidentified as the father of No. 18. Raoul's mother was
Heiliwich.
They had a son named Gautier I Comte.
