Mathilde was born about 1107 in of, Angers, Maine-Et-Loire, France.  Mathilde's father was Fulk V " Le Juene" (Folques V) D' ANJOU King of Jerusalem and her mother was Ermengard Du Maine Countess Of Maine.  Her paternal grandparents were King IV of Jerusalem Fulk IV le Rechin Ct de Anjou and Bertrada de Montfort; her maternal grandparents were Helias de Maine Ct de Maine and Maud de Chateau-du-Loire. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Helias of, Elias D', Geoffrey V, Mathilde D', Sybil Of, Sybilla, Sibyl Countess and Isabella (Mathilde). She had four half-brothers named Baudouin, Amaury, Baldwin III of and Amalric I of.  She died in 1154 in Fontevrault Abbe, Fontevrault-l'ab, Maine-Et-Loire, France.
