He had six brothers and six sisters, named William La, George La, Eudes La, Emery La, Philip La, Thomas La, Ellen (Eleanor) La, Elizabeth La, Lucy La, Joan La, Millicent and Eve La. He was the fourth oldest of the thirteen children. He died about 1303.-
