Joan De was born about 1280 in Wolvey, Warwickshire, England. Joan De's father was Sir Thomas De Wolvey Sir and her mother was Mrs. Alice (Nmn-Thomas De) Wolvey. She had a sister named Alice De. She was the older of the two children.
