Henry Of was born about 1147 in Warwick, Warwickshire, England.  Henry Of's father was [2Nd Earl Of Warwick Roger De Beaumont [2Nd Earl Of Warwick and his mother was Gundred De Warenne. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William De, Waleran De, Gundred Of, Agnes Of and Margaret Of.  He was the youngest of the six children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William De and Avice (Avicia) De.
