Cokayne's "Complete Peerage (Leicester, pp.521-522). Seigneur of Vieilles and
Pont-Audemer in Normandy. He was one of the followers of Duke Robert I of
NOrmandy and in ducal charters he appears as a witness among the great lords
of NOrmandy.  He is said to have become a monk shortly before his death.
