Miss de was born about 0892 in Vermandois, Normandy, France.  Miss de's father was Herbert I Count of Vermandois and her mother was Bertha (Beatrice) de Morvois.  Her paternal grandfather was Pepin Count of Senlis & Peronne & St. Quentin. She had a brother and a sister, named Herbert II Count of Troyes & and Beatrix de.  She was the youngest of the three children.  She died on December 12th, 0949.
