Judith (Jutta) de was born about 0892 in Vermandois, Normandy, France.  Judith (Jutta) de's father was Herbert I Count of Vermandois and her mother was Bertha (Beatrice) de Morvois. She had a brother and two sisters, named Herbert II Count of Troyes &, Beatrix de and Adela de.  She was the second youngest of the four children.  She died on December 12th, 0949.
