Herbert IV Count of Vermandois

Herbert IV Count of was born in 1032.  Herbert IV Count of's father was Otho Count De Vermandois and his mother was Pavia de Vermandois.  His paternal grandparents were Herbert III de Vermandois Count de Vermandois and Ermengard de Bar. He had a brother named Peter.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 48 in 1080.
