Robert de Vere , Lord of Twywell 
Robert de was born in 1124 in Addington, Northamptonshire, England. Robert de's father was Aubrey II de Vere , Sheriff of London and his mother was Alice de Clare. His paternal grandparents were Alberic de Vere , Sheriff of Berkshire and Beatrice; his maternal grandparents were Gilbert Fitz Richard de Clare , Earl Hertford and Adeliza de Claremont. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Aubrey III de, Geoffrey de, Rohese de, Juliana de, Adeliza de and Alice de. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 70 on December 26th, 1194 in Twywell, Thrapston, Northamptonshire, England.General Notes
