Juliana de was born in 1116 in Hedingham, Essex, England.  Juliana de's father was Aubrey II de Vere , Sheriff of London and her mother was Alice de Clare.  Her paternal grandparents were Alberic de Vere , Sheriff of Berkshire and Beatrice; her maternal grandparents were Gilbert Fitz Richard de Clare , Earl Hertford and Adeliza de Claremont. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Aubrey III de, Robert de, Geoffrey de, Rohese de, Adeliza de and Alice de.  She was the third oldest of the seven children.  She died after 1185.

‌Juliana de and Hugh were married in a religious ceremony about 1133 in 1st husband - Marriage was annulled.  They had a son and a daughter, named Roger and Isabel.

‌Juliana de and Walkelin II were married in a religious ceremony after 1150 in 2nd husband.
