Aubrey II de was born before 1090 in of Great Addington & Drayton, Northamptonshire, England.  Aubrey II de's father was Alberic de Vere , Sheriff of Berkshire and his mother was Beatrice.  His paternal grandparents were Alphonso de Vere , Count of Ghesnes and Katherine of Flanders. He had two sisters named Alice de and Rohese de.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died on May 15th, 1141 in Slain in a riot in London, Middlesex, England.  He was buried in Colne Priory, Earls Colne, Essex, England.

‌Aubrey II de and Alice de were married in a religious ceremony about 1108 in Suffolk, England.  They had three sons and four daughters, named Aubrey III de, Robert de, Geoffrey de, Rohese de, Juliana de, Adeliza de and Alice de.
