Hermann Count Of was born about 0965 in Verdun, Meuse, France.  Hermann Count Of's father was Marquis Antwerp Godfrey De Godfrey Count D' Marquis Antwerp/Verdun and his mother was Matilda Billung Of Saxony (Princess). He had three brothers and four sisters, named Gottfried I Duke, Gozelo (Gonzelon) I De, Frederick De, Adelaide De, Regilla De, Gerberge De and Ermentrude De.  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Arnulph (Arnold), II, Jean Of Tonnbridge De and Bertha.  He died on May 28th, 1029.
