Bouchard IV Count Of was born about 0943 in Vendome, Anjou, France.  Bouchard IV Count Of's father was Foulques II "le Bon" Count Of ANJOU and his mother was Gerberge Du MAINE COUNTESS OF ANJOU.  His paternal grandparents were Foulques I "le Roux" Count Of ANJOU and Roscille De LOCHES COUNTESS OF ANJOU; his maternal grandparents were Rotbold II Count Of ARLES and Rotbold Mrs ARLES. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Guy D', Drogon, Geoffroy I "Grisegonnelle" Count Of, Aelips De, Adelaide De and Arsinde (Blanche) De.  He was the third youngest of the seven children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Maurice D', Geoffroy D', Ermangarde D', Adela (Blanca) D' and Gerberga D'.  He died in 1012.

He had a biological daughter named Elizabeth De.
