Josiah Treadway 
Josiah was born about 1650 in Watertown, MA. Josiah's father was Nathaniel Treadway and his mother was Sufferana Haynes. His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Treadway and Mary Howe; his maternal grandparents were Walter Haynes and Elizabeth Gourd. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Jonathan, James, Mary, Elizabeth, Lydia and Deborah. He was the second youngest of the seven children.-
