Agnes* was born about 1420 in Coughton, Warwicksh..  Agnes*'s father was John Throckmorton and her mother was Eleanor de la Spine\Spineto.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Throckmorton and Agnes de Besford; her maternal grandparents were Sir Guy\Guido de la Spine and Katherine Wyke. She had two brothers named Sir Thomas* and John.  She was the second oldest of the three children.
