Nicholas Thorndike 
Nicholas was born about 1535 in England. Nicholas' father was Herbert Thorndike and his mother was Janet Nicholas. His paternal grandmother was UNKNOWN UNKNOWN. He was an only child. He died on June 12th, 1596 in Greenfield, Lincolnshire, England.
