Lucy de was born about 1090 in Tancarville, Le Havre, Seine-Inferieure, Normandy, France. Lucy de's father was William Sire de Tankerville and her mother was Maud d' Arques. She had a brother named Renebault Sire de. She was the younger of the two children. She died about 1165.
