WALTER TAILBOYS, DE JURE LORD KYME, son and heir, aged 26 in 1417. He was Sheriff of co. Lincoln in 1423. On the death of Sir Robert de Umfravillc (January 1436/7) he inherited the castle of Harbottle and the manor of Otterburn. Justice of the Peace, co. Lincoln, 1442-43. He married (? as 2nd wife), in or before 1432, Alice, widow of Sir Edmund CHEYNEY, knight, and daughter of Sir Humphrey STAFFORD, knight. He died intestate, 13 April 1444.
