Sibyl was born about 1014 in Northumbria, England. Sibyl's father was Sigurd (Syward) Biornsson , Jarl of Northumbria and her mother was Aelflaed of Northumbria. Her paternal grandfather was Biorn Ulfiusson , Jarl of Denmark; her maternal grandfather was Aldred Earl of Northumbria. She had a brother named Waltheof II Earl of Huntingdon &. She was the older of the two children. She died in 1040.General Notes
Plantagenet Ancestry has Sibyl daughter of Sigurd, but I think it more likely she was his sister. The dates just seem entirely incompatible with her being born that late.
