Luitgarde of Sulzbach

Luitgarde of was born in 1109 in Sulzbach, Oberpfalz, Bavaria.  Luitgarde of's father was Berenger I Count of Sulzbach and her mother was Adelaide von Wolfratshausen. She had a brother and three sisters, named Gebhard III Count of, Gertrude von, Mathilde von and Bertha von.  She was the second youngest of the five children.  She died at the age of 53 in 1162.

‌Luitgarde of and Godfrey II Count of were married in a religious ceremony in 1139.  They had a son named Godfrey III Count of.
