Ralph de Somery , Lord of Dudley 
Ralph de was born about 1186 in Dudley Castle, Warwickshire, England. Ralph de's father was Ralph de Somery , Lord of Dudley & Dinas Powis and his mother was Margaret FitzGilbert Marshal. He had two brothers and a sister, named William Perceval de, Roger de and Joan de. He was the oldest of the four children. He died in 1212 in (dsp).General Notes
Ralph de Somery, 1st son and heir. He m. Ida or Idonea, daughter of William Longespee, Earl of Salisbury. He d. bef. 1220, when his widow had m. William de Beauchamp, of Bedford. [Complete Peerage XII/1:111, XIV:586]
