Her paternal grandparents were Edmund de STAFFORD Baron of Staffrd and Margaret BASSETT; her maternal grandparents were Hugh de AUDLEY Earl of Gloucester and Margaret de CLARE COUNTESS OF GLOUCESTER & HERTFORD. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Hugh, Ralph, Margaret, Beatrice, Elizabeth and Joan de. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She had a half-sister named Joan. She died in December 1361.-
