George SCHOFFMAN 
George was born on June 25th, 1879 in Minnesota Lake, Minnesota. George's father was Francis W. (Frank) SCHOFFMAN and his mother was Mary LENERTZ. His paternal grandparents were Joseph SCHOFFMAN and Maria Magdalena FREYBERGER; his maternal grandparents were Alexander LENERTZ and Margaret LOCKWEILER. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William F., John Roland, Sarah "Sadie" and Rose. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 44 on January 8th, 1924 in St. James, Minnesota.General Notes
