King of Provence Charles Provence

Charles was born about 0282 in Alsace-Lorraine, France.  Charles' father was Lothaire I , Emperor Holy Roman Empire Martel and his mother was Ermengarde , Countess of Tours d'Orleans. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Louis II Emperor of The Holy Roman, Lothar, Helletrude Princess of, Ermengarde (Irmgard) Duchess of The, Rotrud Princess of and Gisle Princess of.  He was the oldest of the seven children. He had a half-sister named Adelaire.
