Afonso I "Conqueror" Henriquez King of was born on July 25th, 1109 in Villa de Guimar, Brag, Spain.  Afonso I "Conqueror" Henriquez King of's father was Henry II Count of Portugal and his mother was Theresa Alfonso of Castile.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 76 on December 6th, 1185 in Coimbra, Portugal.  He was buried in 1st King of Portugal.
