Ebalus II "The Bastard" Manzer of was born in 0876 in Poitiers, Acquitaine.  Ebalus II "The Bastard" Manzer of's father was Ranulf II Count of Poitiers and his mother was Adebelahide Princess of France.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 59 in 0935.

‌Ebalus II "The Bastard" Manzer of and Elgiva Princess of were married in a religious ceremony about 0928.  They had a son named William I (III) "Towhead" Comte.
