Gwladus"The Dark" "The Dark Eyed" was born in 1194 in Wales.  Gwladus"The Dark" "The Dark Eyed"'s father was Prince Llywelyn Fawr "The Great" Of Wales AP IORWERTH and her mother was Tangwystl VERCH LLYWARCH.  Her maternal grandparents were Lord Llywarch Goch "The Red" Of Rhos AP IOWERTH and Tangwystl VERCH LLYWARCH. She had a brother and a sister, named Gruyffyd and Helen Priness of North Wales.  She was the second oldest of the three children.  She died at the age of 57 in 1251 in Windsor, England.
