Hurbert II was born in 0885 in Vermandois, Normandy, France.  Hurbert II's father was Count Herbert I DE VERMANDOIS & SENLIS and his mother was Bertha OF MORVOIS.  His paternal grandparents were Count Pepin II Quentin Of Of Vermandois OF PERRONE and Rothaide OF BOBBIO; his maternal grandparents were Count Guerri OF MORVOIS Gueri I and Eve OF ROUSSILLON. He had five sisters named Beatrice, Kunigarde, Sprota, Sprote Of Brittany and Adele.  He died at the age of 45 on February 23rd, 0930 in St. Quentin, France.
