Ingegerd was born in 1004.  Ingegerd's father was King Olaf II "The Quiet" OF SWEDEN and her mother was Princess Astrid OF THE OBOTRITES.  Her paternal grandparents were The Victorious King Eric VI OF SWEDEN and Sigrid "The Haughty" SKOGLAR-TESTEDOT; her maternal grandparents were Prince Mieceslas III OF OBOTRITES and Sophia. She had a sister named Astrid.  She was the younger of the two children.


Ingegerd's family with Grand Prince/Duke Yaroslav I "The Wise" OF KIEV

‌Ingegerd and Yaroslav I "The Wise" were married in a religious ceremony in 1019 in Uppsala, Sweden.  They had four sons and three daughters, named Svyatopolk I Yaroslavich, Vladimir Yarolsavich, Isiaslav I, Vsevovld I, Dobronega Maria, Anastasiya Agmunda Yaroslavna and Anna.
