Beatrice was born in 1060.  Beatrice's father was Count Hildouin III DE MONTDIDIER, ROUCY & RAMERU and her mother was Heiress Alice DE ROUCY DE RHEIMS.  Her paternal grandparents were Count Hildouin II DE MONTDIDIER and Lesseline**; her maternal grandparents were Ebles I DE ROUCY and Beatrix OF  HAINAULT. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Andre, Ebles II, Marquerite, Ada, Adele, DE ROUCI, Adele DE MONTDIDIER and Felicie Of Aragon.  She died after 1129.
