Emma was born in 0950.  Emma's father was King Lothar OF ITALY and her mother was Widowed Empress St. Adelaide OF LOMBARDY,ITALY.  Her maternal grandfather was King Rudolf II OF ITALY. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Otto II, Luitgard and Richilde.
