Emperor Constantine VIII OF BYZANTIUM

Constantine VIII was born in 0960.  Constantine VIII's father was Emperor Romanus II OF THE BYZANTIUM EMPIRE and his mother was Theophano Skleros OF BYZANTIUM.  His paternal grandparents were Emperor Constantine Porphyrogen VII OF THE BYZANTIUM EMPIRE and Emperess Helen Lacapenus OF BYZANTIUM; his maternal grandparents were Patrician Konstantin Of Constantinople SKLEROS and Sophia PHOKAS. He had a sister named Anna.  He was the older of the two children. He had two half-sisters named Mathilde and Otehilde OF GERMANY.
