Fulk V "The Younger" was born in 1092 in Anjou, France.  Fulk V "The Younger"'s father was Count Fulk IV "The Rude" DE ANJOU and his mother was Bertrade DE MONTFORD.  His paternal grandparents were Geoffrey II "Ferreol" OF THE GATINAIS and Ermengarde OF ANJOU; his maternal grandparents were Simon II DE MONTFORT and Agnes D'EVREUX. He had a sister named Ermngarde.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died at the age of 51 on November 10th, 1143 in Jerusalem, Israel.
