Robert I "The Magnificent" Duke of was born about 1003 in Normandy, France.  Robert I "The Magnificent" Duke of's father was Richard II "The Good" Duke of Normandy and his mother was Judith De Bretagne.  His paternal grandparents were Duke of Normandy Richard I "Sans Peur" Duke of Normandy Duke of Normandy and Gunnora Haraldsdottir De Crepon; his maternal grandparents were Comte De Rennes Conan I Berenger Le Tort Duc De Bretagne Comte De Rennes and Ermengarde Duchesse D'Anjou. He had a brother and three sisters, named Richard III Duke of, Aelis, Adelais and Emma Of. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Guilliaume Comte De Talon et, Frescenda of and Helen Of.  He died on July 22nd, 1035 in Nicea, Bithynia, Turkey.  He was buried in Nicaea, Bithynia, Turkey.
