Her paternal grandparents were Albert IV Count of Namur and Ida Billung of Saxony; her maternal grandparents were Conrad I Count of Luxembourg and Clemence de Poitou. She had a brother and two sisters, named Henry de Luxembourg Count of, Clemence de and Alix de. She was the oldest of the four children. She had two half-sisters named Elizabeth of and Mathilda von. She died in 1160.-
