Alix de was born about 1117 in Namur, Belgium. Alix de's father was Godfrey Count of Namur and her mother was Ermisende of Luxembourg. She had a brother and two sisters, named Henry de Luxembourg Count of, Beatrice de and Clemence de. She was the youngest of the four children. She had two half-sisters named Elizabeth of and Mathilda Von. She died in November 1195.
