Sybil De was born in 1060 in St Germain, Normandy, France.  Sybil De's father was 1st Earl Of Shrewsbury Roger De Montgomery 1st Earl Of Shrewsbury and her mother was Mabel De Talvas D' Alencon.  Her paternal grandparents were Vicomte D'hiemois Roger De Montgomery Vicomte D'hiemois and Mrs. Emma (Nmn-Roger) Montgomery; her maternal grandparents were Prince De Belleme William II Talvas Count D' Alencon Prince De Belleme and Hildeburge De Hildeburge De Beaumont. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Hugues De, Arnulph De, Philip De, Robert II De, Roger De, Maud De, Mabel De and Emma De.  She was buried in Abbey Of St. Grestain, France.
