Bertrade de Montfort 
Bertrade de was born in 1155 in Montfort-sur-Risle, Eure, Normandy, France. Bertrade de's father was Simon III Chauve de Montfort , Count d'Evereux and her mother was Maud Countess of Evereux. Her paternal grandparents were Amaury IV Seignour de Montfort , Count Evereux and Agnes de Garlende. She had two brothers named Amaury V de and Guy de. She was the second oldest of the three children. She had a half-brother named Simon IV de. She died at the age of 72 on July 12th, 1227 in Evreux, Eure, Normandy, France.General Notes
He [Hugh of Kevelioc" married, in 1169, Bertrade, then aged 14 (the King giving her away in marriage "because she was his own cousin "), daughter of Simon de Montfort, Count D'EVREUX by his 1st wife, Maud. He died at Leek, co. Stafford, 30 June 1181, aged about 34 and was buried at St. Werburg's, Chester. His widow died 1227, aged about 7I.
