Her paternal grandfather was Robert de Meinill , of Barlborough. She had a sister named Emma de. She was the older of the two children. She died in 1228.General Notes
Rosie Bevan & Kay Allen, in postings to soc.genealogy.medieval 11 July 2001, purport that Isabel dsp 1228, and therefore Sewal must have had a previous wife & mother of his heir, but more work will have to be done on the pedigree.
